  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Certain items may have restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. Some Toppers are not eligible for Canada Post PO Box shipments due to their weight. Expect a call from our customer service rep to find the best solution for you!

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Flated Canada is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
