Outside Sales Representative – Automotive & Outdoor (B2B | Commission-Based)

Territory: British Columbia

Product Training, HQ & Warehouse: Victoria, BC

FLATED® is looking for a proven hunter — an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative who knows how to open doors, build territory, and close business.
If you’re self-motivated, comfortable being on the road, and driven by results (not base salary), this is an opportunity to represent a highly differentiated product line with strong appeal in the automotive and outdoor markets.

The Opportunity

You will own British Columbia as your territory and be responsible for driving B2B growth from the ground up.
This is a full-cycle outside sales role — from first cold contact to closing, ordering, and invoicing. You’ll work directly with FLATED’s Victoria-based team while operating independently in the field.
This role is ideal for someone who:
  • Thrives on autonomy
  • Enjoys building relationships face-to-face
  • Wants uncapped commission tied directly to performance

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and closing new B2B accounts in the automotive and outdoor space
  • Building long-term relationships with dealers & retailers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to invoicing
  • Expanding and protecting existing accounts within your territory
  • Attending trade shows, industry events, and customer visits
  • Acting as the eyes and ears of the market — providing feedback to support growth and product strategy

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven outside B2B sales experience (automotive or adjacent industries preferred)
  • A true self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding or micromanagement
  • Comfortable in a commission-only, performance-driven role
  • Willing and able to travel throughout British Columbia
  • Strong closer with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organised and accountable — able to manage deals from lead to invoice
