Our AirCarrier earned Runner Up for Best Exterior Product in the SEMA New Product Showcase, a highly competitive category featuring the best innovations in the truck and SUV accessory market.

The AirCarrier is a rooftop cargo carrier designed for real adventure — compact when not in use, aerodynamic on the road, and tough enough for overlanding, camping, and everyday hauling.

Thanks to Netformic and Shopify, FLATED joined an exclusive dinner with professional race car driver Frankie Muniz. The conversation spanned racing, innovation, and the future of the automotive aftermarket.
The FLATED team was also invited to join the Innovation Panel hosted by NexGen Tire during SEMA 2025. The discussion focused on how companies are rethinking design and materials to create more sustainable, adaptable, and customer-focused products. Our team did an outstanding job representing FLATED’s forward-thinking approach and sharing how inflatable technology is reshaping the truck accessory and overlanding markets.
It was an exciting opportunity to connect with other innovators and inspire new ideas across the automotive aftermarket industry.
One of our favorite stories from the show came when a customer overnighted an AirTopper to his Las Vegas hotel so he could use it for his drive home. Naturally, our team met him in the parking lot and completed the installation on the spot — proving that adventure never waits.
To close out the show, FLATED participated in the famous SEMA Cruise Parade, showcasing an AirTopper in a truly unforgettable way — complete with a mounted couch and plenty of FLATED hats and shirts tossed to the crowd.
